The WineHunter Award 2019: success for three Verdicchio di Matelica!

The Wine Hunter Award 2019

In the 2018 two wines were awarded with “The Wine Hunter Award” and this year three wines “Verdicchio di Matelica” won three acknowledgments: The RED Winehunter Award! (ROSSO).

The WineHunter Award is an annual prize, given by Gourmet’s International, that certify the high quality for different category products: wines, foods, beers and spirits. By the tasting commissions, the prize could be assigned both for Italian and International products that reach a mimimun of 88 points out of 100.

This award is a reference for the superior quality of the product for the buyer and the consumer.

CLASSIFICATION OF WINEHUNTER AWARD

The score is established based on the international assessment system of 100/100 points. 
88 - 89.99 / 100 - The RED Winehunter Award (ROSSO)
Medium high quality product with particular elements. The features are: pleasantness, recognizable primary aromas, complexity and harmony in all its components.
90 - 94.99 / 100 - The Winehunter GOLD (ORO)
Extraordinary product, which stands out considerably from the average of high-level products. The features are: great pleasantness, intensity of aromas and a sensational "wow" effect!
95 + / 100 - The Winehunter PLATINUM (PLATINO)
Product that stands out for the expression of taste, aromas and flavors. A product of extraordinary quality, which differs greatly from the average of high-level products. The features are: great pleasantness, intensity of aromas, unique composition and a "wow, wow" effect! that remains imprinted in the memory. It has a harmonious balance between all the aromas that compose it.
